APEC Water Systems ROES-PH75 Top Tier Review

The APEC ROES-PH75 reverse osmosis system will remove up to 99% of bacteria, chemicals, and viruses.

APEC is designed, engineered, and assembled in California and has been in business for over 20 years.

They have several models of their reverse osmosis systems, and the pH75 model has the addition of a sixth stage.

The sixth stage, remineralization, is an additional feature of this water purifier.

Addition Of Minerals

We know that in removing unwanted contaminants from tap water, a useful mineral, calcium, is also removed from the water.

While we can get the calcium our bodies need from sources other than our tap water, the APEC ROES-PH75 does that for you by adding 100% calcium carbonate back into the purified water.

Water coming into the RO system will go through the first primary five stages of filtration.

The water is then treated in the sixth, and last, remineralization stage.

At this point of purification, some calcium carbonate is restored into the water again.

The added mineral will raise the pH level of the water to more alkaline

For some, the added mineral enhances the taste of the water.

6-Stage Alkaline RO System

1st Stage:

Uses a high capacity polypropylene sediment filter.  This stage filters out dust and rust particles and protects the lifespan of the membrane.

Stage 2 and 3:

In this stage, carbon blocks will take out chlorine, odor, and cloudiness. It also (being double-walled) removes VOCs and other chemicals.

Stage 4:

During this stage, the thin-film composite membrane (TFC) will filter Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) and any other contaminants in the water

Stage 5:

In this process, the coconut shell carbon filter will remove all of the residues in the tank.

Stage 6:

In the last stage, calcium is added back to the purified water.

What Contaminants Does the APEC ROES-PH75 Take Out of the Water?

Filters

Depending on the size of your family, and how often you use the RO system, the pre-filters on the system will need to be replaced every 6 to 12 months.

The RO membrane will need to be changed after two or three years.

The neutralizer filter, which is the last in the series of filters in the system, will not need replacing for four to six years.

D.I.Y.

One of the great things about the APEC RO system is that you can install it yourself. Some people might choose to employ a plumber but having the option to install it yourself is a huge bonus.

You will receive an instruction manual, but if you are a visual learner like me, APEC has a series of YouTube DIY videos available. The videos will walk you through the installation process. Below is one of the videos you can watch now:

The system includes FDA-certified JG food grade tubing and a lead-free dedicated faucet.

In addition, you will get free technical support for the lifetime of your system.

In Conclusion

While any of the APEC models provide purified water and exceptional value, if you are looking for the convenience of calcium being added back into your water and the pH level being raised,  APEC ROES-PH75 model for you.

APEC has been producing reverse osmosis systems for over two decades and has high customer ratings for their products.

When the people who are buying and using the systems are also the ones who are recommending them, it means a lot.

Knowing that you can go to your faucet and be secure in the knowledge that you are getting clean, safe water is invaluable.
